Returns
We gladly accept returns if your gift box arrives damaged or if there’s been a mistake with your order. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue, so we can make it right.
Because many of our products are custom, perishable, or made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for other reasons at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
If a return or refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
